day 2 of my new life

yesterday i started with my new diet/exercise plan. this also includes going OFF the drugs i take to manage my bipolar. i've been weaning myself off them for about a month now, and barely taking anything except the occasional seroquel to help me sleep/chill me out when i get pissed off. all in all i'd say the diet and exercise is working a hell of a lot better then my lithium ever did. for the past month i've been educating myself about dieting and foods as well as working my way into exercising.
i figure since i'm not working at the moment i should dedicate all my time to developing (and maintaining) my new lifestyle. yesterday was day 1 and i've set myself the following goals for this month:
1) i will lose 6kgs (minimum) this month
2) i will not self injure for 31 days
3) i will drink at least 4 litres of water a day
4) i will exercise every day
5) i will stick to my diet plan
6) i will keep a journal of my progress and be brutally honest with it
7) i will do my 10,000 steps a day
i know i can do this! i've already done half my exercises for today and not broken my diet so i'm feeling good :) will post later with what exercises and stuff i've done today so i can keep track of it all. BRING ON THE NEW ME!!
