  <title>day 2 of my new life</title>

  <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800080&quot; size=&quot;3&quot;&gt;yesterday i started with my new diet/exercise plan.&amp;nbsp; this also includes going OFF the drugs i take to manage my bipolar.&amp;nbsp; i&apos;ve been weaning myself off them for about a month now, and barely taking anything except the occasional seroquel to help me sleep/chill me out when i get pissed off.&amp;nbsp; all in all i&apos;d say the diet and exercise is working a hell of a lot better then my lithium ever did.&amp;nbsp; for the past month i&apos;ve been educating myself about dieting and foods as well as working my way into exercising.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800080&quot; size=&quot;3&quot;&gt;i figure since i&apos;m not working at the moment i should dedicate all my time to developing (and maintaining) my new lifestyle.&amp;nbsp; yesterday was day 1 and i&apos;ve set myself the following goals for this month:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800080&quot; size=&quot;3&quot;&gt;1) i will lose 6kgs (minimum) this month&lt;br /&gt;2) i will not self injure for 31 days&lt;br /&gt;3) i will drink at least 4 litres of water a day&lt;br /&gt;4) i will exercise every day&lt;br /&gt;5) i will stick to my diet plan&lt;br /&gt;6) i will keep a journal of my progress and be brutally honest with it&lt;br /&gt;7) i will do my 10,000 steps a day&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800080&quot; size=&quot;3&quot;&gt;i know i can do this! i&apos;ve already done half my exercises for today and not broken my diet so i&apos;m feeling good :)&amp;nbsp; will post later with what exercises and stuff i&apos;ve done today so i can keep track of it all.
